Threaded flange is a kind of flange which internal hole be processed into pipe thread, and supporting the use with threaded pipe together,use for threaded tubes connecting,is a kind of non-welded flange.

Compared to flat welding flange or welded flange,threaded flange have the features of easy installation and maintenance,on site,when some pipelines are not allowed welding, thread flanges can be used.

Alloy steel flange has sufficient strength, but not easy to welding,or the performance of welding is poor, then we can also choose to use thread flanges.

But when under the conditions of the pipe's temperature change sharply or temperature higher than 260 ℃ lower than -45 ℃, not suggest using thread flanges,in order to avoid leaks.
